A visit, in order
How a visit goes
This is a slower clean on purpose. We don't promise it will stop a reaction; we promise the list and the order.
- 01
Step 1: Product conversation
Mahlet asks what sets you off and writes the list.
- 02
Step 2: You approve the list
Nothing comes in the door until you say yes.
- 03
Step 3: Dry first, wet second
Hair and dust are lifted before any cloth is dampened.
- 04
Step 4: Cloths leave with us
Used cloths go home with the crew to be washed hot.

Before we arrive

Use a product you haven't approved
Questions about this clean
Will this stop my allergies?
We can't promise that. We lift hair and dust first, use only the products you've approved and leave fragrance out. Your allergist is the person to ask about the rest.
Can I choose all the products?
Yes, within what the job needs. Hand us what your doctor names and we'll use it.
Do I have to be out?
Many clients choose to be. We can open windows or keep them shut.
Ready to start?
The estimate comes with the product list for you to approve. Here is how the price is decided.
