A visit, in order

How a visit goes

The same two people come every time when we can. If someone is out, Mahlet texts you who is coming instead.

  1. 01

Step 1: You text back the pet card

Names, doors, the vacuum, what sets off a sneeze.

  2. 02

Step 2: We text from the driveway

A message before we come in, so a dog who barks can be settled.

  3. 03

Step 3: Hair first, then wet

Dry vacuuming comes first on every floor and sofa.

  4. 04

Step 4: Doors and gates checked

Everything is left the way you showed us, and we text when we've gone.

Pets and access

Before we arrive, and what we don't do

  • Before we arrive

    • Put pets in a crate or a room if they're nervous

    • Leave a key, a code or a lockbox, and say where the alarm panel is

    • Park anywhere legal; tell us if you have a permit zone

  • What we don't do

    • Litter boxes and accidents on the floor

    • Feeding, walking or letting a pet out

    • Anything with a pet's medicine or food stored in it

Questions about this clean

What if I'm switching from another cleaner?

Send us the pet card and your list of rooms to skip. The first visit runs a little longer while we learn the house.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Tell us by 5 p.m. the day before and the visit moves with no fee. The policies page has the full terms.

Do you clean around crates?

Yes. We never open one, and we clean the floor around it.

Ready to start?

A price comes in writing before anything is booked. Here is how it's decided.
