Your estimate names each product. If it isn't on the list, it doesn't come in. Where a cleaner for the job carries the EPA Safer Choice label, that's the one we choose.

Tubs, tile, toilets and showers. We bring only the one named on your estimate.

Glass cleaner or water and a cloth
Windows and mirrors. Water only on request.
- Floors
Sealed-filter HEPA vacuum
Floors, rugs, sofas, stairs and mattress tops. Filter checked before each home.
- Cloths
Microfiber cloths
Color-coded by room, washed hot after each home with no fabric softener.
- Floors
Flat mop heads
One clean head per room, washed after each home.
- Laundry
Fragrance-free laundry detergent
For bedding and pet blankets you leave out.

Your own product
If your allergist or vet names one, hand it to us and we use it.
Dry first
Why the vacuum is the product that matters most
Hair and dander are lifted off before a cloth gets damp.
A damp cloth on a hairy sofa moves hair and dander around. So the sealed-filter vacuum goes first, then the dry microfiber, then anything wet. The filter and bag are checked before each home, and the used cloths go home with the crew to be washed hot.

About the list
Can I have fragrance-free everything?
Yes. Say so on the form and the estimate shows the product for each room.
Do you disinfect?
Only when you ask, with a product used the way its label says. Cleaning and disinfecting are different jobs, and we tell you which one we're doing.
Can I read a product's label first?
Yes. Mahlet texts a photo of the label for each product before the first visit.
