Questions we get asked
How is the price decided?
By home size, condition, how many pets and how much hair, and how often you want us. You get a written number before anything is booked. The pricing page has the five questions.
What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?
The crew texts from the driveway, reads your pet card and starts with the dry pass. A first visit runs longer than the ones after. Mahlet gives the crew size and hours on the estimate.
Do I need to be home? What about keys and alarms?
No. Leave a key, a code or a lockbox and tell us where the alarm panel is. Codes stay with Mahlet, not in the van.
Who comes, and are they insured?
A two-person team, the same two whenever we can. The firm carries general liability insurance and sends a certificate on request.
What if something is missed, broken or missing?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Mahlet answers within one business day. The policies page has the steps.
What do you bring, and what products do you use?
A sealed-filter HEPA vacuum, microfiber cloths and the products named on your estimate. Fragrance-free is a request away.
Do you clean with pets in the home?
Yes. Crates stay shut, doors stay as we found them and hair comes up first. The pets page has the whole policy.
What is the cancellation and lockout policy?
Move a visit by 5 p.m. the day before at no charge. If we can't get in, we wait fifteen minutes and call you.
Which areas do you serve, and do you do same-day?
Denver, neighborhood by neighborhood. Same-day depends on the day; call and Mahlet will tell you what's open.
Still have a question?
Call or text and a person answers.
