This page explains what Fetch Home Cleaning collects when you use this site, send a request or text us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your first name, mobile number, email and ZIP code.
- Who lives in your home, including pets, and anything you say sets off a sensitivity.
- The address of the home, the access notes and the alarm details you share once we book.
How we use it
- To text you the pet card and a written estimate.
- To schedule visits and tell your team what to expect.
- To reply to questions and handle a problem with a visit.
Health information
If you tell us what sets off a sneeze, we use it only to choose products and the order of the clean. We don't share it, and we don't ask for medical records.
Text messages
We text about your request and your visits. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a message to end texts.
Who sees it
Your team sees your name, address, pet card and access notes. We use service providers for scheduling, texting and payment, and they handle your data only for us.
Keys and codes
Codes and key locations are shared only with your team and removed from the schedule after each visit.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, unless a record is required by law. Write to hello@fetchhomecleaning.com.
